Really enjoyed our time here. We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was enchanting and exceptionally clean, with best possible location to restaurant to bakery. The staff was responsive, excellent services. Property's room was neat and well-maintained with a great view of swat from hotel. Location : the venue was not far from the mountains of SWAT and mature gardens and Saidu Sharif. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from Saidu stupa.

We stayed in a palace converted into a modern lodging facility, it was situated in an old-fashioned valley and the surroundings were breathtaking. The staff was hospitable, cooperated diligently, and dinner was mouth-watering with live music. There were a variety of activities, a pool, a modern gym, and table tennis. The bakery served delicious pastries.
Though the palace converted itself to a modern facility, its washrooms were old and had maintenance issues.

I recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the mountains of Swat, and I must say I had an amazing experience. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, I was impressed with the hotel facilities, cleanliness and location. The hotel is situated at an old-fashioned palace locality, which has been turned into a modern lodging facility. The valley view from my room was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff was extremely polite and hospitable, and the breakfast spread had many options. I also enjoyed quick access to the restaurant and bakery, which was very convenient.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Nice view of surrounding mountains. Cozy and clean for the most part. Great lawns to walk around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The deluxe and standard rooms were apparently the same except for their location inside the hotel premises. The museum is only a 5 minute walk away, so it's convenient for kids.
The hotel is located inside the bustling city, and the traffic is horrific. Expect long queues at times, unless you're getting in and out of the city at early or late hours.

This hotel had an excellent location with beautiful gardens and children's play area. the staff members were very courteous and attentive to the guests' needs. the room had exclusive amenities such as high-quality toiletries and a comfortable bed that provided a luxurious experience. the in-room breakfast was delicious and served promptly in the morning, allowing me to start the day feeling refreshed.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the swimming pool, which was not as clean as I had expected. this did not dampen my overall experience, as the hotel had other fantastic facilities like the bar/lounge area and the private facilities that provided an exclusive experience.

The management has done a commendable job of maintaining the old building in excellent condition. The traditional style furniture in our beautiful room added to the charm of the place. The staff, especially the guy at the reception, was cute and always had a smile on their face. We were also impressed with the restaurant staff, especially Mr Iqbal, Imtiaz, and Jamal, who took care of us so well. The lawns were well-maintained, and the children's play area was a great addition. The beautiful room had a great ambiance and offered a beautiful view. The housekeeping was efficient, and the washrooms were clean. our experience at Serena Swat was amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
